Shipping Policy

If the parts are in stock then dispatch usually can be the same or next day. However some can be orders can be put on back order but this will take anywhere from 1- 8 weeks to dispatch due to manufacturing times. Please be note that delivery times may vary depending on how busy the factory is and during busy periods, deadlines might be extended. Please ensure that you supply an e-mail address on ordering and we will e-mail you to notify you when your items have been dispatched. Once items have been dispatched, delivery within mainland UK is 3 - 4 working days. International orders can take 10-15 days for delivery.

 

We send all of our products using insured and tracked methods so there are no concerns for you if any products are lost or damaged in transit.

International Orders

Raw Design Co. does not take liability for damage or loss of item during transit for all international orders located outside of the United Kingdom and countries within the EU. Please contact the shipping company who delivered your item.

Return & Exchange Policy

What happens if my order is lost or damaged by the courier in transit?

We always send our items using insured and tracked methods. Just let us know about the problem immediately and we’ll arrange for a new item to be sent in exchange. Please ensure that you check the goods before accepting them from the courier or alternatively sign for the parcel as unchecked.

 

I’ve changed my mind and i’d like to return my item, is this possible and how do I go about doing this?

Good(s) have to be returned within 14 days of you receiving the item(s) to be eligible for a full refund. If good(s) are faulty, you have 30 days from when you receive the item(s) to be issued a refund or replacement parts(s). (Please note that refunds or replacements are not possible if faults have been caused by not properly fitting parts. We recommend all our products are fitted by professionals.) Item(s) are subject to a re-stocking fee of (20%) if item(s) are found to not be faulty, original postage cost will not be refunded. Any bespoke parts, factory 2nd’s, clearance/sale items or 1-off special orders cannot be refunded.

Simply get in contact to request a return. We will not accept liability for damage during return shipping.

We will not cover any return shipping costs in under any circumstance.
